62d MRU / DPU

The 62nd MRU, later redesignated DPU, was located at Ft. Amador (Building 45). We also had a Detachment #1 in San Juan, PR.

Our 1st Reunion will be held in the Officer's Club at Ft. Jackson in Columbia, SC

If you served with the 62nd, please get in touch!
We promise that there'll be no mango picking details at the Reunion.
Also, trying to get a little additional history.
Does anyone happen to know when the 62nd MRU/DPU was transferred out of Ft. Amador?
Most of us served with the unit during the 1957-1967 period.
We're also trying to locate a James J. Ryan. Jim was an SFC who later became a CWO.
